Welcome to my world of construction, entrepreneurship and sustainability!
With a passion for modern technology and a career spanning construction, engineering, and strategy, I have honed my skills in creating, scaling, and optimizing product portfolios that have a positive impact on people and the planet.
As an up and coming entrepreneur and sustainability advocate, I have founded three companies, one of which I successfully sold. In addition, as a key member of the founding team of a construction technology startup, I played a critical role and secured a seven-figure exit.
I have established relationships with fantastic clients and teams from all areas of the construction space, ranging from individual clients to enterprise companies and new startups.
With over 7 years of experience, I have gained extensive knowledge of all aspects of business including the entire project development life-cycle. I specialize in managing retail, banking, consulting, offices & business space.

My Approach
Explore and Understand
Dig deep into the specific project to understand the landscape, expectations, goals and responsibilities of the team who will be completing the project. Being able to efficiently communicate with your team as well as clients and management can ensure that everyone is of the same understanding regarding project expectations. This allows the right questions to be asked, and the core problems to be identified.
Solve and Deliver
How might we solve these core problems for our users while creating loveable spaces? With this question at hand, we can be sure that we don’t lose sight of the key goals when coming up with impactful solutions. Issues that may need to be solved could involve team members, clients or stakeholders. Being able to think on your feet and address disputes and problems is key to ensuring the project is completed in an efficient and timely manner.
Learn, Iterate, and Improve
Everything we do results in useful learnings about how to improve the processes we are using. Knowing how to effectively and competently lead your team is key to the overall success of project completion. However, another important part of competency is knowing when you aren’t an expert in a certain field and the ability to ask for help when it is needed.
