Over the course of my career, I have had the opportunity to work with a wide variety of individuals at different stages in their journey, and have helped guide many of them to reach the next level. Below are a few of my offerings for those who are looking for a mentor, requiring a review of their portfolio, or hoping to discuss one-off topics.
Why mentorship is important
A personal coach or mentor is among the most important and valuable investments that you can make in your career. Someone who has likely encountered similar experiences can provide an outside opinion and help to navigate the storms.
Mentorship Session
Kick off a long term partnership or book a one-time session
Everyone needs support and guidance at different times (I know I have). I strive to create a transparent and open space to discuss topics such as finding your first construction related job, discovering and navigating career paths, or even project-specific advice. Think of these sessions as a virtual coffee chat, or one on one. Longer-term engagements can include goal setting, career tracking, and mock interviews for job seekers.

Portfolio Review & Presentation
Lets talk about your work
Portfolios are like any other product or project: you have a target audience and are trying to persuade them to buy what you are selling. I have reviewed hundreds of portfolios over my career and love helping both new and veteran individuals refine their work, websites, and presentation skills. Each session will include a live discussion about your digital portfolio or website and any major pieces of feedback. You will have time to present one key piece of work, and there will always be time for questions. After each session, I follow up with a detailed feedback document.

Sessions for university students and New Grads
Ask me anything
I reserve one 45 minute session per week free of charge to support university students and recent graduates and provide them with that initial boost to get things going. If you are a student or a recent grad and are interested, please apply for a session to be added to the waitlist. These sessions can be dedicated to anything listed above, including a portfolio review, project discussion, or career mentorship, and I'm always interested in just talking about general topics in construction, architecture, sustainability and engineering theory.
